Shipping
Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed within 1-3 days from the date the order is placed as orders are made per order. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. This timeframe may be extended due to, unpredicted disasters, holiday rush, and Covid-19 safety precautions.
Shipments sent by Carrier can be tracked by visiting on their websites and entering the tracking number sent in the email confirming your order's shipment
Returns & Exchange
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may exchange the item if it is in unused condition within 7 days of receipt with original packaging. You are responsible for your shipping fee. Scroll down and click on our contact us tab with your order # and issue.
We are NOT accepting returns at this time.
When the jewelry is returned in accordance with the instructions above our service team will inspect the quality and send your new item within 3-5 days after approval. Currently Sadye’s Jewelry does not provide prepaid return labels for unwanted items received.
For credit card refunds, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
